Dinner was not to adventurous, but really good.
We ended up spending 3 hours emailing, so we were exhausted by the end. Since the hotel restaurant has a nice ambiance (front open porch with a comfortable breeze) we decided to eat there. Good choice. We split a Khmer chicken curry with vegetables which was as always delicious and then a Thai spicy chicken dish with chilis, basil and veggies. Superb. Plus, the fried spring rolls (we had to eat a few before the picture was taken) were wonderful. Add in 2 Heinekens and a glass of wine and it was a nice night.
Breakfast was eggs and toast and bacon. Nothing too exciting there. We're waiting now for the bus to Phnom Penh. Heading to our 4 star hotel for $50 a night. It's big spending time!
Your pictures are amazing. You are going to have trouble picking ones to make an album or poster. We can not wait to read about this part of your trip.
